Websites For Sale By Owner (hereinafter referred to as "WFSBO" and "WFSBO, LLC") is a website listing platform designed and developed to facilitate and enable the buying and selling of websites, domains, and applications for sale by owner. WFSBO provides its registered users with website services, including but not limited to website design and development, website speed test and enhancement, website, listing and sale facilitation services. To utilize the full suite of services of WFSBO, Users must be registered with the website, and; must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

WFSBO, LLC., shall not be liable to User or any third party should WFSBO, LLC., exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. 12. Botnets
WFSBO, LLC., retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, WFSBO, LLC., reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
13. User Account Management and Termination
Each User of the website may create only one registered user account. WFSBO, LLC., retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved or potentially associated with duplicate accounts of the same registered User. WFSBO, LLC., also reserves the right to suspend or delete suspicious accounts that have been created from the same IP address, similar class C IP address or any other such potentially suspicious address as solely deemed by WFSBO, LLC. User accounts may be suspended for violation of the any of these terms, policies, or rules, or for any reason whatsoever as determined solely by WFSBO, LLC. as it attempts to properly manage its resources and user community.

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
